Özet
This study was carried out by us for storage and transport of a blood vessel with a volume of 3.5 liters. TEC1-12703 thermoelectric material was used in order to obtain suitable temperature conditions. Based on the principle of protection of surface temperature difference between the thermoelectric material, keeping close to the surface to be provided a warm working environment conditions, so the desired cooling of the interior environment can be created. By the help of two DC fans which were connected to both surfaces, the surface temperatures are distributed to the environments and the desired temperature is reached 4oC. In this study two different thermal pastes were used and the effects of different thermal pastes in the same conditions were observed on the experiment.
