Özet |
The objective of this study was to do mapping of soil texture and depth (according to soil horizons) based on forest soil attributes obtained from different the parent materials (Dolomite, Ophiolite and Limestone on the northern part of Mersin city). It was derived from nine sample points for each of the parent material and the sums 27 sample points with field surveys. According to obtained maps from IDW interpolation method; Results indicated that soil texture and depth properties combined with rainfall-runoff relationship and topographic structure. Flow-Proportion and infiltrated water through the soil caused priority on soil texture and depth. However, there is also variation in soil texture (the percentage of sand, clay and silt contents) depending on the parent materials. |
